Job: Back Office Process

Corelead Interactive provides back office (BPO/KPO) services to international clients. Our clients include pure play eCommerce stores, manufacturers of automotive parts, consumer electronics and magazine publishers.

We are currently looking for:

• Graduates/Post Graduates/Diploma Holders (any stream)
• Excellent spoken & written English skills
• MS Office experience
• BPO experience ( up to 3 years)
• Good analytical and number orientation skills
• Willing to work in shifts
• Good typing skills

Responsibilities:

• Customer Support Agent (Live Chat/Email/Voice)
• Data Aggregator & Market Research
• Catalog & SKU Management
