We are looking for highly motivated individuals with 1-3 years successful B2B sales experience. Candidates should have international calling experience from India and be able to prospect leads through extensive online research. Job Description:
- Research & identify target accounts through comprehensive market research
- Call prospects (B2B) in the International market from India
- Study opportunities and areas of potential engagement within prospective leads
- Research & identify decision makers within prospective leads to initiate sales process
- Create and deliver qualified opportunities via conference calls
- Make outbound & follow-up calls to existing customers and for the purpose of account management (sales)
- Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and determine necessary strategic sales approaches
- Develop sales proposals, make presentations over phone and respond to RFP’s
- Where necessary, support marketing efforts such as trade shows, exhibits, and other events
- Attend periodic sales training where applicable
- Develop sales forecast and manage complex sales cycles
- Maintain reports and update sales efforts on a CRM tool
Requirements:
- Self motivated and passionate about sales
- Bachelors Degree or above
- 1-3 years experience in BPO/KPO inside sales (new business B2B development)
- Excellent presentation, proposal development and communication skills
- Willing to work US time zone (night shift)
- Ability to take on individual sales targets
- Be a team player
