We are currently looking for:

• Graduates/Post Graduates/Diploma Holders (any stream)
• Excellent spoken & written English skills
• MS Office experience
• BPO experience ( up to 3 years)
• Good analytical and number orientation skills
• Willing to work in shifts
• Good typing skills

Responsibilities:

If selected you will play an active role in any of the following processes (based on your skills and experience)

• Customer Support Agent (Live Chat/Email/Voice)
• Data Aggregator & Market Research
• Catalog & SKU Management

• Proof reading, seeking feedback and enhancing copy
• Working in teams to meet deadlines
