DTC activewear brand (paid media, product feeds, tracking)
How We Rebuilt a DTC Activewear Brand's Product Feeds and Hit 9.7x ROAS in a Peak Sales Week
9.7x
blended gross demand ROAS in the peak sales week
$265K
gross demand over a 5-day sale event, 220% of forecast
4.0%
site conversion rate during the event
A national DTC activewear brand needed full control of its Google and Meta product data. Corelead rebuilt the feeds, cleaned up tracking, and restructured paid media around the funnel.
Challenge: Product feeds owned by a previous agency with thin data, unreliable custom labels, missing Merchant Center attributes and duplicate, broken conversion signals, ahead of a major sales period.
Approach: brand-owned Google and Meta feeds with hourly syncs; supplemental feeds for gender, fabric, activity and sale status; attribute and color data fixes; conversion tracking cleanup; full-funnel account structure on Google and Meta; weekly reporting against revenue targets.

U.S. institutional foodservice equipment distributor (technical SEO, feeds, tracking)
How We Untangled a 21,000-Product Catalog's URLs, Feeds, and Tracking, and Gave the Team Data They Could Trust
~20,300
products affected by a feed-wide error, about half the catalog, diagnosed and resolved
2 of 8
purchases recorded by Analytics in a four-day check, so conversion reporting moved to a reliable source
76
category URLs migrated, with category traffic holding steady through the cutover
A U.S. institutional foodservice equipment distributor needed its site structure, product feed, and reporting to agree with each other. Corelead found the silent failures, fixed what we controlled, and rebuilt reporting around a source of truth.
Challenge: About 21,000 products on a custom platform, inconsistent category URLs, a product feed with silent problems, thin descriptions, double-firing Analytics and reports that disagreed.
Approach: a ranking-safe category migration; raw feed diagnosis and monitoring; custom label control for Shopping and Performance Max; tracking audit and conversion cleanup; content built around buying decisions; reporting rebuilt on Search Console.

DTC food brand in India (paid media, checkout, COD)
How We Helped a Premium Oil Brand Stop Paying to Acquire Orders That Never Shipped
36% vs 92%+
of full cash-on-delivery orders delivered over one quarter, compared with prepaid orders
32 orders
in the first 13 days of the new checkout: 27 prepaid, 5 deposit, none full COD (early results)
0
canceled or failed deliveries so far in the first 13 days (15 delivered, 14 in transit; early results)
A fast-growing DTC food brand in India was adding orders but not revenue. Corelead traced the gap to cash-on-delivery losses, rebuilt the checkout, cleaned up the data feeding Google and Meta, and now scales spend only on signals it can trust.
Challenge: Almost half of orders were full cash on delivery, and only 36% of those were delivered over one quarter. Ad platforms were learning from orders that never shipped, and a phone verification step lost more than half of shoppers before they saw a price.
Approach: reporting on orders shipped and accepted; a single COD-deposit checkout with full COD removed; cleaner signals for Google and Meta with scale-up rules; CRO and a new theme; compliance-safe content and email; launches in sequence with agreed metrics.

Content-heavy WordPress site for a senior marketing executive (redesign, technical SEO)
Rebuilding a Content-Heavy Site With AI, Without Losing the SEO
1,663
URLs checked before and after launch: 1,659 unchanged, no page lost
4
intentional permanent redirects, planned before launch
79%
lighter measured article page
How Corelead redesigned a senior executive's WordPress site and kept every URL and the structure behind it.
Challenge: A dated, heavy theme on a site with more than 1,300 published posts, over 1,600 URLs and years of search visibility and structured data. An AI site builder would have been fast, but it would have meant starting over.
Approach: keep WordPress and replace only the theme; baseline every URL first; build on staging; a four-URL redirect plan; AI-assisted design and development under a design system, fixed templates and a checklist; verify after launch.

U.S. custom jewelry e-commerce brand (technical SEO, content, AI search visibility)
From Blog Traffic to Buyer Traffic: Rebuilding Organic Search for an E-commerce Jeweler
~100,000
possible URLs from about a thousand base designs
59%
of 12-month organic clicks from astrology and zodiac-style posts
13 to 5
position move for a custom engagement category page within a month
A U.S. custom jewelry brand had strong blog traffic but little of it came from buyers. After Google's March 2026 core update exposed the gap, Corelead diagnosed why and refocused organic search on the pages that sell.
Challenge: A configurable catalog of more than 100,000 possible URLs, SEO scope narrowed to the blog, and most traffic coming from astrology and zodiac-style posts. After the March 2026 core update, monthly clicks fell from about 7,450 to about 2,700.
Approach: technical audit of 257 category pages; a demand-based canonical strategy; sitemap and uptime evidence escalated to developers; migration protection; a keyword-to-page map of about 2,100 shopper queries; reporting on Corelead's custom SEO platform.
Status: Organic clicks remain about 65% below April. Recovery now focuses on commercial pages.

~9x
combined estimated organic traffic (SEMrush estimate, Jan 2025 to Sep 2026)
62 to 834
keywords ranking in positions 1 to 3

9x organic traffic growth and a 6x to 7x ROAS for a two-brand e-commerce business, built from a near-zero search and paid presence.
Challenge: Solid products and loyal customers but weak discoverability: low organic traffic, poorly ranking product and collection pages, and no real paid search presence.
Approach: a content engine of eight articles per month per store; product and collection page optimization; nearly 3,500 variant titles and descriptions rewritten through supplemental feeds; Google Shopping and Search campaigns built from scratch.
Organic figures are SEMrush estimates, January 2025 to September 2026.
